Cancellation and Returns Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PNO, BDAY PARTIES or any events.
You can cancel your registration for events requiring pre-registration before one week prior for a refund minus 25% of the fees paid. Fees paid for meals are non refundable. After one week prior to the event a cancellation will forfeit all fees. Birthday, Fitness parties, PNO or any events that schedule bounces houses or space inside Elite Gamespeed NEPA are non refundable once the the reservation is booked, due to the facility space and equipment commitment to the party. This policy is strict since we financially commit to the employees, accommodations, and outside facilities.
Payment in full is due at time of booking the reservation, We accept Business checks and must be at least 7 days before scheduled event, Credit Card or Cash Only.
Inflatable cancellations: Cancellations- For a full refund you must cancel 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date, within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date there will be a 25% charge and within 24 hours of the delivery date there will be a 50% charge any weather cancellations there will be a store credit given to be used within one calendar year, once we arrive and set up on the property there will be no refunds or credit issued. Once equipment has been setup we do not offer refunds for any reason including weather.
If there is an equipment issue we will do our best to fix it, replace it with comparable equipment, or give you partial store credit towards a future event. Weather Cancelations will be given store credit for one calendar year, if paid in advance.
Any monetary credit will be in the form of in-store credit/rain check applied to future rentals good for up to 1 year from date of cancellation.
